We are often looking for volunteers to offer a few hours of their time at our sporting, community or special events. It’s a great way to meet other wonderful Lullaby Trust supporters just like you and have fun while helping with our vital work. See below for our current event volunteering opportunities.

 

1. Collectors needed at Adam Kay’s shows in London

Our Ambassador, comedian, performer and author, Adam Kay, is back with his new show ‘Undoctored’ and we’re looking for volunteers to collect donations after the shows. The London performances will be on the evenings of 23rd-28th October at the Lyric Theatre, Shaftesbury Avenue. There is also a matinee on Saturday 28th. 2. Cheerers and Photographers needed at our London challenge events

We are recruiting volunteers for the following:

  • London Marathon, Sunday 23rd October 2023, London – Cheerpoint volunteers and a photographer volunteer.
  • Royal Parks Half Marathon, Sunday 8th October 2023, London – Cheerpoint volunteers and a photographer volunteer.

Photographer Info

We are looking for a photographer to capture Lullaby Trust runners in The London Marathon and Royal Parks Half Marathon in 2023. We will have an official charity cheer point where friends and family will gather to spot their runners. We would be looking for a photographer to stand here and capture the runners going past. We will have a volunteer on hand to help spot runners (who will be wearing a bright yellow vest!).

The charity also holds a post-race meet and greet for The London Marathon only, which would be great if the photographer could attend too.

Cheering Info – London Marathon

We are looking for volunteers to come and help us cheer on our London Marathon runners! We have a large team of runners and we want them to have an amazing experience as they take on this challenge. We will have 2 cheer points along the route and it would be great to get some enthusiastic “cheerleaders” to come and wear a Lullaby t-shirt, wave a tambourine and support our runners for a couple of hours.

We are looking for volunteers to come and help us cheer on our Royal Parks Half Marathon runners! We would like our runners to have an incredible experience throughout their challenge and would like to welcome any enthusiastic volunteers at our cheer point along the running route, for a couple of hours.
