Give our evidence-based advice in your practice

Our safer sleep training for professionals is a programme of courses designed to equip healthcare providers, childcare workers, and other professionals with the knowledge and skills to promote safer sleep practices for babies.

This training emphasises the importance of reducing the risk of sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS) through evidence-based guidelines and provides practical advice on creating safer sleep environments. Learn about the latest research, risk factors, and key safety measures, including the safest sleep space, sleeping positions, and baby sleep products. You’ll leave the course confident in delivering consistent, accurate, and reassuring advice to families.

The training courses include recorded presentations, videos, and signposting to useful information and further reading.
