How we support research
Our commitment to reducing sudden and unexpected deaths through research
The Lullaby Trust has been funding cutting-edge research into sudden and unexpected death of babies and young children since 1971. To this day, The Lullaby Trust has spent over £12 million on over 265 research projects to try and find out more about potential causes and risk factors.
Our advice to parents and professionals is based on peer-reviewed research from around the world. This research helps us to identify why, when and where babies and toddlers may be at risk of sudden and unexpected death.
