Public Health Engagement Manager

Please fill out the application form below to apply. For more information on the role, please see our job pack.

Job Application form - Public Health Engagement Manager

  • Application Questions

The Lullaby Trust's application process may seem a little different than normal. We want to give you the opportunity to showcase your skills with the confidence that you won't be judged on things that don't matter like where you went to school and where you've worked. Please complete the three application questions below. Each question you answer will be reviewed on its own without reference to any of the other questions you've answered. These questions are the first stage of the application process and are designed to give an initial insight into your skills. There will be more opportunities to demonstrate your abilities and experience if you are invited to interview.
  • Please tell us about your experience in the community working with families with babies and children.

  • The role involves delivering training to professionals online. Can you tell us about a training session you delivered; detailing the audience, the successes and challenges of the session.

  • You’ve identified a need for a resource for families living in temporary accommodation and decide to create a booklet. Could you talk us through your process of managing this and ensuring it is engaging, relevant and representative for the target audience?

  • To create a fairer recruitment process, we will provide CV to the hiring manager only for candidates who are invited to the last stage of the recruitment process - an interview. However, we will remove all identifying information from a CV, so applicants will be assessed on what matters, which is their ability to get the job done.
  • Diversity and Equility monitoring form

  • The Lullaby Trust is committed to ensuring equality and diversity in all its work which is why we kindly ask you to complete this voluntary form. All information you provide will be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with Lullaby Trusts’ relevant policies and will be used only for monitoring purposes.
  • Ethnic origin is not about nationality, place of birth or citizenship. It is about the group to which you perceive you belong. Please tick the appropriate box
  • Keeping in touch

  • At The Lullaby Trust, we’re determined to do all we can to save more lives. We can’t do this without the help of our supporters, which is why we’d like to keep in touch with you about our vital work, news and opportunities to support us.

Please confirm below how you want to hear from us in future

  • You can change the way you hear from us at any time by emailing us or calling 020 7802 3200. Please also see our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use and look after your information.
