The Lullaby Trust’s overall aim is to ensure a quality of service that meets the needs and expectations of participants on our training. We operate a robust internal quality assurance system, to maintain the consistency and accuracy of our training. We monitor all of our courses on an ongoing basis to ensure that we achieve continuous improvement of our training and provide a quality service. We achieve this in a variety of ways including through participant evaluation and user surveys. Lullaby Trust staff also undertake reflective practice, training and peer reviews.
