SIDS and safer sleep for babies

Who is this training for: Specifically aimed at professionals and practitioners who are working closely with families in a role where giving safer sleep advice is part of their core role.
Training content: Two pre-recorded training presentations and videos to watch. A 45-minute live online interactive session follows, on selected dates, which gives participants the opportunity to discuss the training material and to ask the trainer(s) practice related questions.
Certification: We will provide a certificate of attendance on receipt of your evaluation form.
Dates for live interactive session delivered via Zoom:
Thursday – 16th September at 10am
Tuesday – 28th September at 12.30pm
Wednesday – 13th October at 9.30am
Thursday – 21st October at 1pm
Tuesday- 9th November at 9.30am
Wednesday- 24th November at 1pm

Cost per person: £25

Having opportunistic conversations: Talking with families about safer sleep

Who is this training for: Designed for professionals and practitioners who may come into contact with families and might have an opportunity to give safer sleep information, however brief their contact is, and irrespective of their role e.g. fire fighters, paramedics, police officers, housing officers, and some health and education staff.
Training content: Pre-recorded training presentation and videos to view.
Cost per person: £10
Ways to pay: either by debit/credit card via Ticket Tailor or by Purchase Order (invoice). We will send details of how to pay on receipt of your booking form. Please note that this training package is non-refundable.
The link to the training materials on Vimeo will be provided to registered participants once payment is received. Please test the link as soon as you receive it, and notify us of any problems immediately by emailing email@example.com so that we can help to resolve any access issues. We will provide a full refund if access issues cannot be resolved. We will not issue a refund if you are unable to attend the interactive session, as attendance at the live online interactive session is not compulsory, and you will have already received access to the training materials.
All live online interactive sessions will take place via Zoom. Please check with your organisation that they support Zoom and test the link to the Zoom session in advance of the live session date.
The Lullaby Trust is not responsible for any individual technical failures that prevent you from attending a live online interactive session.
Our live online interactive sessions have limited spaces. If you wish to cancel or move your place to an alternative date (subject to availability) please inform us 5 calendar days in advance by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org This allows us to offer your place to another person.
Please note we do not record our live interactive session and are therefore unable to provide any recordings.
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a session, we will let you know as soon as possible and issue a full refund.
