The Lullaby Trust are delighted to offer the choice of two webinar training packages for professionals and practitioners covering bereavement communication and support for anyone affected by a baby death. Both options include recorded presentations, videos, and signposting to useful information and further reading.

Understanding grief and providing effective support

Who is this training for: Specifically aimed at professionals and practitioners who are providing on-going support to a family or an individual where a baby has died. It aims to give you an understanding of grief and the skills to provide effective ongoing support.

Training content: Two pre-recorded training presentations and videos to watch.

Certification: A certificate is generated on the learning platform once the training has been completed.

Cost per person: £30

Ways to pay: either by debit/credit card via Ticket Tailor or by Purchase Order (invoice). We will send details of how to pay on receipt of your booking form.

The link to the training materials on Vimeo will be provided to registered participants once payment is received. Therefore, please ensure sufficient time has been allowed for you to receive the link to the training materials, and then to view them before your chosen interactive session date, in order to join in the discussion. Bereavement communication around baby loss

Who is this training for: Designed for professionals and practitioners who may come into contact with bereaved families or individuals during their practice. It aims to cover the principles of how best to talk with them, however brief your contact is, and irrespective of your role.

Training content: Pre-recorded training presentation and videos to view.

 Certification: No

 Cost per person: £12

 Ways to pay: either by debit/credit card via Ticket Tailor or by Purchase Order (invoice). We will send details of how to pay on receipt of your booking form.

Cancellation Policy

The link to the training materials on Vimeo will be provided to registered participants once payment is received. Please test the link as soon as you receive it, and notify us of any problems immediately by emailing training@lullabytrust.org.uk so that we can help to resolve any access issues. We will provide a full refund if access issues cannot be resolved. We will not issue a refund if you are unable to attend the interactive session, as attendance at the live online interactive session is not compulsory, and you will have already received access to the training materials.

All live online interactive sessions will take place via Zoom. Please check with your organisation that they support Zoom and test the link to the Zoom session in advance of the live session date.

The Lullaby Trust is not responsible for any individual technical failures that prevent you from attending a live online interactive session.

Our live online interactive sessions have limited spaces. If you wish to cancel or move your place to an alternative date (subject to availability) please inform us 5 calendar days in advance by emailing training@lullabytrust.org.uk  This allows us to offer your place to another person.

Please note we do not record our live interactive session and are therefore unable to provide any recordings.

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a session, we will let you know as soon as possible and issue a full refund.
