You have a year to raise £1,000 however you like!
How about raising a grand with your band or raising 1k putting on a play? Your fundraising year could involve a variety of activities from selling plants you’ve grown or planning a new sweepstake each month with your friends and family.

could pay for our bereavement helpline to provide advice and support to 45 first-time callers
could pay to train 31 health professionals in safer sleep advice about how to reduce the risk of SIDS
could pay for 8 mattress monitors to support bereaved families on our Care of Next Infant programme

“As a thank you to The Lullaby Trust and to ensure other families get the support we did, we like to undertake some fundraising every year. This has included many things from cakes sales to running the London Marathon but the most successful and enjoyable is my works Christmas Craft sale.
I love crafting and started this over 5 years ago. Overtime I have met some amazing people who craft a lot better than me and who donate items to sell. Sometimes we run a raffle and guess the weight of the Christmas Cake alongside the sale. Lots of people always come to buy and chat. I never put prices on the items we sell and everyone is so generous with their donations. This event is a great way to raise money, meet lovely people and raise awareness of the charity.
This year we raised over £2000 which is amazing. Although I retire from my current job this summer, they are already asking me to come back and continue the craft sale.”
