Please make cheques out to ‘The Lullaby Trust’ and post to The Lullaby Trust, 10-18 Union Street, London, SE1 1SZ. Enclose a note or letter to let us know who the cheque is from and any contact details, if you would like to receive an acknowledgement of receipt.

Please ensure that all fields on the cheque are completed and that they are sent to us within 6 months of the date they’re written, to ensure that we can bank them.
