For Scotland - safer sleep for babies training

Who is this training for: Health professionals in Scotland who work with families and deliver safer sleep messaging as part of their role.

Cost per person: Free.

Certification: A certificate of attendance is provided.

Training content: The bespoke training content created by The Lullaby Trust in collaboration with BASIS, NHS Scotland, The Scottish Government, Parent Club and UNICEF Baby Friendly Initiative will:

  • Give you/your staff a thorough knowledge and understanding of safer sleep advice.
  • Enable you/your staff to discuss safer sleep with families and care givers, regardless of their circumstances.
  • Provide a supporting range of practitioner and parent leaflets to discuss with parents and caregivers.
