CONI coordinator update training

This course costs £25 per person, but we offer a 10% discount for bookings of 15 or more when booked at the same time.

This refresher training is designed for health professionals who have previously completed initial CONI (Care of Next Infant) coordinator training.

To complete the refresher, participants must work through all modules, complete the associated tasks, and submit the evaluation form within 8 weeks. The total guided learning time is approximately six hours.

This distance learning course includes the same seven core modules as the initial training: 

1. SIDS and safer sleep introduction 
2. What is the CONI programme 
3. The role of the health professional 
4. Symptom diary 
5. Sheffield Weight Chart 
6. Movement monitors 
7. Supporting bereaved families  

To consolidate your learning, the course concludes with a multiple-choice quiz. Once all modules and the quiz are completed, a certificate of completion will be available for download. 

A downloadable Learning Log is provided to support reflection and tracking of progress throughout the course.
